Poster Application

Thank you for your interest in submitting a poster for the Making the Case for Green Infrastructure seminar on August 23, 2018 at CityFlatsHotel!

Set up begins at 12:30pm and tear down begins no earlier than 3:45pm. Posters should be setup when registration opens at 1:00pm. Limited space is available for poster displays and will be filled on a first come, first served basis as registrations are received. A limited number of easels are available on a first come, first served basis. Space is still available and applications will be accepted through August 17.

Poster Criteria and General Information:

  • Posters must focus on one or more of the following aspects of green stormwater infrastructure: design, installation and/or maintenance. Posters should be about a project that has been or will be installed.
  • Posters should be no larger than 32″ x 40″ and be on a single, flat surface.
  • Pictures are highly encouraged in the place of lengthy text. Any text on the poster should be no smaller than an 18 pt font size.
  • No additional visual aids such as samples of products will be allowed.
  • You may include a one-page (double sided) 8″ x 11.5″ project handout or fact sheet if desired.
  • Posters can be displayed on easels placed on tables or the floor. Window sill space is available and suitable for posters without an easel.
  • Posters will be presented as a gallery with time during registration and 45 minutes later in the seminar for attendees to visit and discuss the projects with the poster presenter.

There is no fee to submit a poster, but the person presenting the poster must register and pay as a regular attendee. At least one person must be present with the poster for the duration of the seminar. Poster applications received without an accompanying attendee registration will not be accepted. At least one person must be registered and attend the seminar with the poster. Additional attendees must also be registered at the regular attendee rate of $20. You may register up to 5 people using this form. Please register additional attendees using the attendee registration form. Attendee registration will open in late June.

Cancellation Policy
Written notification of intent to cancel must be received by August 3, 2018 and will result in a full refund less a $5 handing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after August 17, 2018. “No shows” will not be refunded.
