The MACC is pleased to announce the promotion of Elisa Hoekwater to the position of Senior Planner.  Elisa has been with the MACC for two years serving in the role of Planner and responsible for the agency’s nonmotorized activities, scenario planning project and numerous other transportation planning efforts.    

In her new role Elisa will have additional transportation planning responsibilities including development of the MACC’s Long Range Transportation Plan as well as coordinating the agency’s Clean Air Action! Program.  Prior to joining the MACC Elisa worked with the Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission.
