Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in submitting a poster for the Making the Case for Green Infrastructure seminar on August 15, 2019 at Holland Civic Center Place!

Set up begins at 8:00pm and tear down begins no earlier than 2:15pm. Exhibits should be setup when registration opens at 8:30am. Limited space is available will be filled on a first come, first served basis as registrations are received. Electricity is limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitor registration is due May 10.

General Information:

  • An 8ft table will be provided that you may use for a table top display and/or poster
  • Electricity is limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis
  • We will place your logo and a link to your website on the seminar webpage and list your company in pre-event advertisements
  • We will list your company name listed on event signage
  • Seminar attendance, including lunch, will be provided for one (1) Exhibit staff
  • Additional Exhibitor staff will need to register as a standard attendee

Cancellation Policy
Written notification of intent to cancel must be received by July 18, 2019 and will result in a full refund less a $5 handing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after July 18, 2019. “No shows” will not be refunded.
