Homeowner Resources

As part of the 2020 Ottawa County Water Quality Forum, the MACC worked with the Grand Valley Metro Council to compile a Google folder full of water quality information for homeowners. Both of our organizations are frequently asked about what homeowners can do to help the watershed. While there is much of this information on other pages of the MACC’s website, this Google folder provides a host of resources that cover the following topics:

Invasive Species
Lawn and Garden
Storm Drains
Water Conservation
Wells and Septic Systems

Included in the Google folder are subfolders for each of these topics that contain handouts and a list of websites. If you are looking for something specific and you cannot find it in any of these folders, please contact us and we would be happy to help you find the information you are looking for. We would also love to hear if you have other suggested resources that we should add.
