Road Conditions in the MACC Area

Each year the MACC rates pavement conditions in partnership with MDOT and our local road agencies. Information is collected by using a system called Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating (PASER). PASER rates roads on a scale from 1 to 10 (1-4 Poor; 5-7 Fair; 8-10 Good). The annual rating process helps our region identify pavement needs and prioritize future road resurfacing projects.
