Quick Facts

• The MACC chose the consulting firm CDM Smith to develop the document and guide the study

• The study limits are from 120th/Waverly Road to 88th/Fairview Avenue

• MDOT will be doing road maintenance on this stretch in 2024

• MDOT has agreed to do existing crossing upgrades during the 2024 project

• The study suggests two bridge locations. One primary and one Illustrative

• Primary - In between 92nd Ave and 88th Ave

• Illustrative - VanHill Drive through Consumer’s Energy right-of-way

• The MACC is actively pursuing grants to make all these upgrades a reality
