Use This Survey to Report:
Near-Miss Incidents: Situations where a crash or injury was narrowly avoided, often because someone stopped, swerved, or took other quick action.
Locations of Concern: Places where you have noticed or experienced recurring traffic safety issues.
Your reports help identify potential hazards and areas where safety improvements may be needed!
About This Survey
The West Michigan Shoreline Regional Development Commission (WMSRDC) and Macatawa Area Coordinating Council (MACC) are working together to improve transportation safety across West Michigan.
This survey allows community members to anonymously report near-miss incidents and locations that feel unsafe. These reports help capture safety concerns that may not appear in traditional crash data.
By combining community feedback with official crash data, WMSRDC and MACC can better identify problem areas, understand safety concerns, and prioritize future transportation safety improvements.
This tool is intended solely for data collection and analysis. Any trends identified will be shared with local and regional partners. Individual reports will not receive direct responses from local jurisdictions or MPO staff. For maintenance requests or non-safety-related concerns, please contact your local public works department or road commission.
